Balancing Immunity For Healthy Living
Am on day 3 of the food plan and can't believe what's happened. Blood sugar levels so low have stopped using fast acting insulin and have started reducing the slow acting one too! I gained one kilo on holiday but now have lost over 2 in the las few days. Found I did not feel full but was not hungry, I must have been bloated most of the time before. I hoped when I started, that I would be able to adapt and stick with the plan but am so amazed at the results that sticking with it won't be a problem. Thank you both so much! Big Hugs"

I have recommended Dr El-Doueik to a number of friends with varying medical issues and in every case Dr El-Doueik has helped them in terms of understanding what, why & how often small adjustments can have a huge impact. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Abigail as some one who will look at and research your individual needs in intense detail to get to the root cause or varying influences to gain a plan that will help improve your quality of life. Something I don't think other health care professionals achieve in either the public or private sectors. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr El-Doueik who is engaged and very interested in you and the best outcome for you."
